| Together, We Made an Impact — Our Year in Review |
As we come to the close of another incredible year, we want to pause and reflect on what truly matters. What began as a simple idea during a challenging time has grown into something far greater than we ever imagined. Thanks to your generosity, support, and belief in our mission, DWOP and Friends Charity Dances continues to do what it was created to do—bring people together through music while giving back to those in need. Every ticket purchased, every raffle ticket sold, every performance donated, and every hour volunteered has helped turn evenings of joy and dancing into real, tangible support for local charities serving our most vulnerable neighbors. At the same time, we’ve been proud to provide a stage for local entertainers whose talents and generosity make these events so special. If you’d like to learn more about how DWOP and Friends Charity Dances began and the inspiration behind it, we invite you to visit the “Our Story” page on our website. https://www.dwopandfriends.club/about We are also always looking for volunteers to help us run these dances, and we welcome donations for our charity baskets, which play a big role in our fundraising efforts. Contact Joyce Gilette or Robin Smith to make donations: jyfl1@aol.com or mdsrnnurse@yahoo.com. If you’re interested in getting involved in any way, we’d love to hear from you.
